A unique ski area

With its 300 km of slopes, 1,900 m of positive altitude (1,550 m - 3,450 m), its freeride routes and snow park, Val d'Isère - Tignes is a huge ski area that is open to all. Its altitude and orientation ensure exquisite snow conditions and brilliant sunshine, in which everyone can have fun.

There are various zones dedicated to beginners and children. Alone or with a ski instructor, find the green runs in the Bellevarde and Solaise sectors.

Our snow park offers snowboarders and freestylers an area in which you can have fun, learn and develop your skills. All levels are welcome here thanks to our different areas, from the green zone (École) to the black zone (Expert). You can be access the park by the La Daille telecabin or the Olympique cable car.

  • Christmas: Snow sculptures, shows, torch-lit ski descent, fireworks, a visit from Father Christmas and more.

  • Classicaval: January and March – For classic music lovers
  • Frost Gun: February - The most prestigious Big Air competition in Europe
  • Altigliss: March - The biggest student skiing and snowboarding competition in Europe
  • Winter Golf: March - A golf competition in the snow
  • Scara: April - International Alpine skiing competition for young people
  • The International Adventure & Discovery Film Festival: April
  • Hot Ice – From April to May: Spring skiing mornings & après-ski parties
  • Yoga Festival: May - Three days of yoga, music and dance
  • Literary meetings: throughout the winter, the "Vivre Livre" association organises meet-and-greet sessions with various authors
